The Clinton County Democratic Central Committee is the official presence of the Missouri Democratic Party in Clinton County.  The Central Committee is composed of two committee members, one woman and one man, who are elected from each of the nine precincts in Clinton County.  Vacancies are filled by a vote of the committee.
